1. DO I NEED TO BE A CURRENT CAMP NAGEELA CAMP FAMILY OR ALUMNI TO ATTEND NAGEELA LIMITED EDITION?
Absolutely not! Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us this summer for Nageela Limited Edition, subject to availability.

2. WHAT AGES IS NAGEELA LIMITED EDITION FOR?
Our program is for the entire family to enjoy, both young and old. While many of our activities will be tailored to children ages 7+ & adults , we can accommodate campers of any age. In addition to all our sports and activity facilities, our grounds is equipped with a playground and petting zoo to keep your younger ones happy at all times. We ask that you do not leave your campers of any age unsupervised while at Nageela Limited Edition.

3. ARE THE PRICES ALL-INCLUSIVE FOR THE ENTIRE NLE EXPERIENCE?
Yes, this includes all meals, activities, and accommodations on campus.

4. WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATIONS LIKE? WILL I BE SLEEPING IN A BUNKHOUSE?
Our campus functions as a retreat center throughout the year. The setup then, as will be for Nageela Limited Edition, is very different than during a regular camp session. There are no bunkhouses but rather individual rooms with beds with tempurpedic mattresses and furniture much like you would expect in a hotel. This is in addition to our lobbies, large ballroom, synagogue, Judaic library, indoor and outdoor pool, petting zoo, and sport and activity facilities.

5. HOW MANY FAMILIES WOULD YOU ALLOW ON CAMPUS AT A TIME?
We will host up to 15 families per session at Nageela Limited Edition. This is in addition to our team and their families. The staff will do our best to spread participants out and will not exceed a number that we can safely accommodate.

6. SHOULD WE BRING OUT OWN BEDDING/TOWELS?
If you would feel more comfortable, please feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. For your convenience, Nageela can provide fresh linen and towel service for an additional $20 per person and this would cover your entire stay.
If you choose to bring your own, keep in mind that the beds are twin size tempurpedic mattresses.

7. CAN YOU GIVE A SENSE OF WHAT A TYPICAL DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE AT FAMILY CAMP?
The day will have some mix of structured and unstructured times. We plan to open both pools and the lake, arts and crafts, some sports activities, and other hobbies and spaces. Locations will be reserved for families to enjoy separately. We will also be offering Tefilah, Prayer Workshops, and Julu for adults and kids. As we see the interest level, this will help to shape our daily schedule as well. We would like to allow families to use both pools and the lake several times during your stay.

8. DO YOU HAVE WRITTEN GUIDELINES OF HOW YOU WOULD KEEP THE CAMP SANITIZED TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF SPREADING COVID- 19?
Yes, we will have rigorous protocols for sanitizing communal spaces, and each family would have their own designated table for eating. We will be following both the NYS Reopen protocols, as well as standards from other leading health agencies.

9. WILL KOSHER DIETARY LAWS BE FOLLOWED? WHAT IF SOMEONE IN MY FAMILY IS A PICKY EATER OR HAS DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Yes! The Nageela campus is a Kosher facility and all food served will be Kosher. For picky eaters, we will be offering alternatives to our daily meals. If someone in your family has dietary restrictions, please contact us directly to discuss.

10. WHAT IF IT RAINS WHILE WE ARE AT FAMILY CAMP?
Have no fear! Just as we do for our campers during the summer, the Program Director will provide “Rainy Day” activities for you and your family to enjoy! Our brand new Discovery and Exploration Center (DEC) will allow ample space for indoor activities with proper social distancing.

11. ONCE WE ARRIVE AT CAMP, WILL WE BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE TO EXPLORE THE TOWN OR GO HIKING NEARBY?
Absolutely, you will be allowed to leave campus and return during your stay at Nageela Limited Edition. However, we would love for you to be on campus for as much of the time as possible. We also ask you to use best practices for social distancing while on and off campus.

12. WILL I BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A PROTECTIVE FACIAL COVERING WHILE AT NLE? WILL THERE BE TEMPERATURE CHECKS?
We ask that you be prepared to wear a protective facial covering in situations where you cannot maintain social distancing. Please bring your own facial covering for this purpose. In regards to temperature checks - the team at Nageela will be checking your temperature upon arrival. We will then check your temperature daily during your stay, and ask that if you or a member of your family presents with a fever, you return home to ensure everyone ’s safety.

13. I FILLED OUT THE SURVEY. WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK ABOUT REGISTERING FOR NAGEELA LIMITED EDITION?
Thank you so much for completing the survey! We appreciate your interest in Nageela Limited Edition. Here at Nageela we are continuing to gather information and will be back in touch with you in about 1-2 weeks to discuss the next steps.

14. WHAT ARE THE EXACT DATES?
We are scheduling the week of August 4th to August 11th. If there is a call for more, we will continue to add more weeks in August. You can come from Tuesday to Sunday, or come on Tuesday and leave on Thursday, or come on Thursday and leave on Sunday.

15. WHAT IS COST?
The cost is $100 per person per day for the first three people in a room and $75 per person after that.
